O no what have I done? Friday was my last day at the well-paying corporate job I've held for 4 years. I have no other jobs lined up and no real plan for what to do next.

I have many moments of wondering if I will soon lose my home and die in a dumpster, having starved to death while looking for scraps with no dairy, gluten, meat, or other ingredients indigestible by zenmaenads.

I have many other moments of thanking the crazy ass new boss who pushed me toward this particular cliff and acquainted me with the idea that I really, really wanted to jump, and I do believe I can fly.

Now I can finish the second novel, volunteer for that organization I could only contribute to financially before, study Spanish, rediscover what community means–and perhaps even, at last, find sangha.

Here at Zaadz, I hope to find folks who inspire in me the courage not to take the first same-old-shit-at-a-different-address corporate opportunity that presents itself.
